Question1:Some people prefer to work for themselves or own a business. Others prefer to work for an employer. Would you rather be self-employed, work for someone else, or own a business? Use specific reasons to explain your choice.

People have their own choice for their work. Some people would like to be employed to have a stable job and earn steady income such as working in a company, a school, or a shop while others prefer to work for themselves or own a business. As for me, I would like to own a business. I will give some reasons for my choice.

First, when owning a business, I can make decisions on every aspect of my work. For example, what business I want to invest in, who I would like to select for my personnel, or which relationships I should establish and develop, etc.

Second, I may have flexible working time. In other words, I could choose to schedule my working hours according to my preference and needs. Moreover, I can set my own time for meeting my investors or customers. I can also be able to plan my vacation without asking permission from anybody. Consequently, I will be able to spend more time with my family if I wish.

Third, I have many good relationships. Therefore, when I have my own business, I would get the support from these relationships. I believe that my business will develop well under my management and with my close relatives and friends’ assistance/(help).
